I would say just message the mod incharge of the village your trying to join. It would let them know that you need to get approved so you can start rping.

So where is the list of clans? I found where to apply for them but not the list that contains them with their associated abilities and etc. Could anyone enlighten me?

Well canon clans are canon clans, think thats in the "come here first" thread to apply for em. As for the custom clans, the approved ones are stickied in the custom clan thread.

Yes that's true but I have found guilds have very different rules for their abilities and etc. So I was double checking there wasn't a location that contained them.

A Just War

Don't worry, that will all get sorted out with your profile. We have a sharingan system but generally you just rank your kekkai genkai and thats it. Granted KG techniques are still counted as techniques separate of the KG.

Also, you may want to look into the villages before you pick one. They're all a bit different from the series
