He cannot generate electricity. Once he has depleted what has a stored he can no longer use his ability until he finds a power source. Fortunately in today’s age there is almost always a power source nearby. Of course like many other deviants he is mortal and can be killed by the usual means other than electrocution.

Jovial, he takes great pleasure in doing the work of Dominion and rarely shows stress of anger. He enjoys a good fight and is also one of the more charismatic Dominion founders.

Shaun West is one of the founders of the Dominion and the right hand man to Snow. His most notable appearances were in Sacramento and The Battle of New York, where he lead the Dominion to two sweeping victories complete with epic speeches. He is generally considered the face of the Dominion as well as a war general.
