physically he's no different than your normal scrawny computer nerd. He's not out of shape but he is no athlete. While his brain is still hampered by most things that would normally cause a brain to slow like alcohol or drugs he can still handle more than most. His mind can still be read but it likely going to be confusing because of his mental capacity.

he's a snark and can seem like a bit of an a** but he's over all nice. He generally keeps to himself unless someone is determined to talk to him. He can be sarcastic at times
What is their backstory?
Takuto was born here in America the second generation to be born here. From the start, he was alway ahead in development learning thing before his peers. He learned to read before school and showed great promise. He remained under the radar till about age 9 when he got his first standardized test. Though the grade was not going to affect his schooling, the perfect score prompted the school it request an IQ test. He took it believing he had done something wrong. Scoring obscenely well, well over the normal genius level. It drew the local eye and he was locally famous. Then he drew the attention of Providence who offered to take young Takuto in and help him develop his mind better than a public school can. His parents wanting what's best for him agreed. He was soon tested and found to be a deviant. They also found he had a liking for technology and helped hone his skills there. They found he had superb memory and ability to learn teaching him many things including other languages. Now 22 he works as an agent providing technical support when it needed.
