Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe

Kurt stumbles forward, staggering there, dazed from being in that submission for that short amount of time.

Samoa Joe out of anger from missing out on finishing the match runs at Kurt and attempts to club him in the back of the head from behind!

Kurt Angle saw it coming just in time to dodge it and grab Joe by the leg and force him to fall down, and then grabs onto his left ankle and lock in the Ankle Lock!

Samoa Joe would be in ankle lock position before rolling forward and sending Kurt Angle into the ropes!

Kurt Angle has the Ankle Lock locked in, and stands there wrenching on Samoa Joe's ankle!

Samoa Joe would be in major pain, as he yells and tries to move forward towards the ropes!

Kurt Angle would attempt to drop down with the ankle lock locked in, making more pressure applied and making it harder to crawl to the ropes for Joe, and forces Joe to tap out!

Samoa Joe ends up tapping out, not for the first time in his career, but a rare tap out. He was in the submission for so long where he couldn't take it anymore.

The referee see's that Samoa Joe finally submitted, and calls for the bell to be rung. Kurt Angle let's go and rolls over, showing the effects of this long and physical match. He defeated Joe tonight, even though it could have easily gone the other way. He was dominated for the most part. Kurt's theme plays with the audience cheering. He slowly gets to his knees and looks over at Samoa Joe before having his hand raised by the referee. Kurt slowly gets up to his feet, staggering back. After some time in the ring, he heads to the back getting a victory over his long time rival.
