I was thinking that my character's bow and sword could be able to chakra stored in it, thats it nothing else.

Just keep in mind that any weapon or item with a special ability needs to be ranked and accepted just like any other jutsu.

Hello. I was invited to join this guild. It is a pleasure to meet everyone. Would there be a possibility for a RP character to belong to a different village then the 5 great nations, such as Kusagakure{hidden in the grass} but acts as a representative for their village to other villages? Also what are the rules for new clans, as I tend to like to play as my Enoki clan member, fungal control jutsu, which is native to Kusagakure?
