The last time I looked at the Jutsu Point System, the "Ranking Up" section wasn't there.
From its description, does that mean my learning of an S-Rank technique as a Chunin is now null and void since it doesn't push me to B rank?

I ask the mods to give me some sort of power to veto Tentaigo's learning of Jutsu as his Sensei because this is getting ridiculous. Somewhere, he needs to quote me every time he makes a post learning a jutsu and I can either approve the way he's done it or veto it and make him have to do it again.

It's getting ridiculous now and rather than waste the Mods time with it, I would rather as his In Character Mentor do it. It makes more sense. If you agree or disagree let me know but I am genuinely like...

btw what do normal people think about the corruption. Like non-ninjas, religious people especially. My character is disguised as a travelling monk type
