"Would you land please." The words were formed as a question, but were practically a demand. He couldn't mistake the immediate words for anything beyond a simple she just wanted to be grounded, badly.
The God had been flying about - not doing anything in particular, but had been more or less circling a couple areas he found intriguing. There were trees, some water and perhaps even some life.Life wasn't what he had been searching for, but Tras was growing to accept that each time he came off his perch within the Gods realm he would likely encounter a mortal - or even on rare moments Gods, specifically Ati. The last thought amused him greatly - something about that particular Goddess always drove him to find her without him actually seeking her out.
Of course none of this he would admit out loud and once he brought himself back to present he could hear Njia making disgruntled sounds again - "Fine, fine..." He grumbled in return to the annoying companion. His descent was quick and easy, landing near the water. The snake was quick to release her grip on his paw and as soon as she was on the ground, feeling dirt and grass surrounding her body she was happy.
"Thank you."
The words were mumbled and barely resembled an actually notion of thanks. The words were more said out of pure habit by this stage in their friendship.

Leaving behind his companion he ventured forth, wings dragging slightly on the ground, causing a small trail of smokey dust in his wake. The God sought out water, something he didn't need as often as he had seen mortals needing it, but something he still desired.
The walk over was uneventful, at one time he did hear his companion give a small shout - something about going to far, to fast? Shouldn't have left my leg now, should you have? His thought was sarcastic and harsh. The snake had become something of a conscience for him, correcting him and his manners. The habit was annoying, but had helped him in certain scenarios and that was something he simply couldn't argue. Of course that didn't mean he would go back for her, she would show up eventually.
Finally reaching the waters edge he hadn't the foggiest that he wasn't alone. The water was still and calm, something he admired it for. Even so that wasn't why he was here and so the God dipped his head toward the water, eyes closing and nose just barely tapping the water before he began to drink.

Chozi watched the large lion-esque creature approach, but he was sure that the other had not noticed him one bit. The god hadn't even glanced in his direction and he held his breath for a moment, hoping not to be noticed for a moment.
He sucked in a breath holding it until he had to huff out a sigh.
Unfortunately, the action that was meant to keep him from being noticed forced a cough from his throat. It tickled right at the back, and he tried to bight back more coughs, but a sudden barrage of them burst forth.
He shook with the effort to stop them, but it only left him gasping for breath at the end of the sudden onslaught of coughs. He gasped for breath a moment longer, his throat now sore from the coughing, aching dully at the back.
He winced, glancing back up at the new god presence before him.

Chozi knew he was found out, and he crept froward and into the God's sights. He looked more sheepish than anything, and his chest still wheezed painfully. He felt another cough coming on, but managed to keep it back this time.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you," Chozi offered, worried that he offended the god before him. What else could he be, but a god, with large, green-tipped wings and physique. He shivered involuntarily.
Perhaps his coughing offended the god, and suddenly worry gnawed at him. Perhaps he should apologize again.

"I've been a bit ill, lately," he offered, though his tone still held a bit of an apologetic undertone. His voice rasped a bit, but he moved closer to the water. Perhaps the water would help the tight feeling in his throat.
It was worth a shot anyhow.
He moved forward to the offered water, lapping it up eagerly. It only took a moment before he coughed and sputtered. He pressed a paw to his chest, an attempt to quell the harsh coughs that plagued him.
He huffed as the coughs subsided again, though he felt dizzy now. He wanted to apologize again, for at least disturbing the God's presence with his illness. His eyes glazed over for a moment as he tried to focus, and eventually he did, looking back up at the large God.
"I don't live far from here, I should probably head back," He said, softly, in an attempt to keep the coughs from starting up again. "Before I pass out..."

With the coughing subsiding for now, Chozi took in some much needed air, trying not to take deep breaths lest the coughs return with the motion. He hated the coughing, but its not as bad as it used to be. It didn't make him cough up bile and food anymore. He gave a polite smile to the god before answering.
"No thank you," Chozi said, kindly. His voice scratched a little but not as badly as it could have been. "I don't know if that'll aggravate anything," He offered by way of explanation. "Thank you for your kindness after I bothered you." The cheeton was sincere, inclining his head a little like a bow or a nod.
"Thank you for keeping me company while I coughed. Hopefully we'll meet again under better conditions," he offered, somewhat weakly. He was tired, angry at the strain the illness put on his body. "Goodbye for now."
