Ionic Aura:The user can release and surround themselves in/with plasma for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly becoming almost untouchable and granting them various abilities/attacks. The aura may also give the user enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and durability.
Ionic Attacks:The user can release/use plasma to attack in various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc.

What is their personality like?
Shin, well lets just say Shin is a character. HE IS PSYCHOTIC AS ALL HELL! Shin is very charismatic, flirtatious, mischievous, cunning, carefree, & honorable. He likes to make himself & other people laugh as he is a strong believer in that its good for the soul. He wont hesitate to manipulate others to meet his goal and protect those he cares for. His is a flamboyant menace that revels in chaos, both on & off the fields of battle. His joyous eccentricity only serves to mask the true evil that lurks within him. To those he grows fond of he always finds a way to tease or push their buttons, but never going to far as its all out of love. As for those he despises or crosses him, well lets just say he ruthlessly thorough in making sure their last moments are pure hell. He is also quite the practical joker no matter the situation, and is known to pick on the slightest defaults a person has for his own amusement.
What is their backstory?
Shin was born into a yakuza family, a Japanese father & Korean Mother. He was taught the basic ways of the samurai blood within him, as well as how to be an assassin and what a yakuza boss should be. He got his first taste of blood at age 9, killing a man that thought he was going to outsmart the Tokyo Yakuza boss, Shin's father. That first kill set the tone for how the rest of his life would pan out. At age 15, a year before war between the normals & deviants, he allowed himself to be captured by a rival gang. Once their guard was down, he unleashed his psychotic nature. The base had a new coat of paint as Shin slaughtered all within who were unlucky enough to get caught. From what the survivors tell of the event, as he slaughtered, he was in a hysterical laughing fit, cackling during it all. This earned him the nickname "Laughing Dragon". His final target that would cement his journey on such a dark path was him using the lil knowledge he had in toxins to poison his father, the one who showed him this path. During his final moments, his father was delighted that he had the balls to kill him, and as such he had the greatest honor as both father & teacher. After such and ordeal he moved his mother back to Korea with her family, then set fire to his family home in Japan, setting out to live his own life
