Regional Councillors: Executive positions that override all others except for the director. There are five councillors per region. Examples of regions are North America, South America, The European Union, Russian, China, Asia.

Government Representatives: Individuals who speak on behalf of governments who have taken Providence side.

Department Heads: Chief Engineer, Chief of Medical, Head of Security, Head of Science.

The ranks of Providence members actively involved in combat mirror that of the Central Intelligence Agency The Providence Forces within these ranks are below that of the Regional Councillors.
