Probability Manipulation: Jason has the ability to control the probability of events. This allows him to, in a way, see the future of actions and things that occur. It is only a fraction less accurate than actually seeing the future but equally as useful. His ability allows him to know what will occur within one minute into his future with 100% clarity and predict future events with diminishing clarity. The farther away the event, the more difficult it is to predict. For example, he could push a skateboard into the street, knowing it would cause a car to swerve into a fire hydrant, the crash would startle someone two blocks away who was cutting food, causing them to cut themselves and go to the hospital, and at the hospital meet the love of their life. He would be able to know all of those events based on thinking about pushing the skateboard.

What is their personality like?
Jason is a man of focus, commitment, and sheer will. When he sets his mind to something, he achieves it. He is a polite man who keeps what he feels on the inside for the most part to avoid inconveniencing others. Any rage or anger is bottled up and replaced with manners. He has never felt threatened and so he does not know how to respond to honest fear.
What is their backstory?
Jason had a complicated life, even before his abilities began to manifest. His father was a gambler and his mother was a showgirl. He was a tool. Before the powers, his father used him to con and distract people up and down the Vegas Strip. After his powers came in, his father used him to cheat at cards and roulette and really any game of chance. Eventually the gambling killed his parents and he went to Providence where he spent the majority of the rest of his life working on his abilities and learning. It was hard to learn when you knew the right answers to choose without needing to actually know the material but he tried anyways. Eventually he began to work in Providence. No one really knew what he did, but he kept the facility he was in running. People were happy, things seemed to always go their way. Then the Dominion attacked Sacramento. Jason had seen that something bad was coming but he wouldn't accurately predict what it was. He couldn't stop it. Ever since he has actively worked with the rest of Providence to keep the Dominion from overtaking the world.
