"Jack of all trades": Atlas is able to learn any skill almost instantly.
Example: Atlas can learn how to fly a plane just by sitting in a cockpit and thinking "I can fly this plane." He can learn anything he wants to, but he does not master it. He is just proficient.
Manipulation: This is not a power associated with him being a deviant. Atlas is a very manipulative person. He can sway someone to do his bidding with relative ease.

He is very determined and makes rash decisions. He often times puts trust in the wrong people too easily. He is also a hopeless romantic and often times will let love get in the way of his goals.
What is their personality like?
Atlas is very closed off from others. He tries hard to focus only on his goals and nothing else. He is a very cunning and persuasive person and is told he has a "way with words." He is a very compassionate person and cares for people. He does not get along well with most other deviants and prefers the company of humans. He is also not a very loyal person, unless it is a significant other.
What is their backstory?
Atlas grew up in Northern Island but moved to the U.S in his mid teens after people began to attack the family due to him being a deviant.
Atlas played baseball in high school in college (he learned to play with his ability) and tried to play professionally but decided not to because he wanted to settle down in Atlanta with his girlfriend (a human) and get married.
When he was 24,three days before his wedding, his wife was killed by a group of deviants who associated themselves with Dominion, along with other victims. This set off a chain of life events that led him to hate being a deviant. He started to believe deviants were a curse on humanity and that the world would be better off without them.
While his ultimate hope is to help wipe deviants off of the map for good,
his first goal is to destroy Dominion, the group he blames for the death of the love of his life.
