-Powers, are activated by stamina and the physical condition of the users body. The more endurance and stamina the user has the more he can use it before the user has to rest.
-Power based by the users mentality, the more the user grows, so does the power.

What is their backstory?
A smart boy born with low hearing with an thing for inventing likes to build whatever he likes and likes to experiment. When he first developed his powers he decided to use a bunch of hisbuilding skills to create this cat suit, armor that would help him to fight. He then does random things while training and fights street thugs when he can. His main goal is to be a hero and help his fellow deviant and what ever. He experimented with his powers too much to a poi t where he ended up stopping time thus aging him for almost a year
