Cephalopod Physiology: Power to use the abilities of cephalopods, including octopi, squid, cuttlefish and Nautilus.
Aquatic Adaptation: Naomi is able to breath underwater and use her senses to perceive normally underwater.
Light Generation: Naomi can generate light by making her body glow a soft green.
Boneless Body: Naomi has no bones, making her highly flexible. Her skeleton is made up of other matter such as cartilage.
Camouflage: Naomi can visually blend into surroundings by blending in with the coloration and form of their background to avoid optical perception. She can affect their attire by means of "static camouflage".
Elasticity: Naomi can become extremely malleable and elastic, allowing her to stretch, flatten, deform, expand, and contract her whole body, including limbs, torso, neck, etc. in a similar capacity as an octopus.
Enhanced Agility: Naomi can go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little effort.
Ink Generation: Naomi can generate ink, either in liquid solid or gaseous form. While not harmful, can be used to escape.
Speed Swimming: Naomi can swim at incredible speeds.
Jet Propulsion: Naomi can produce a jet of water to suddenly sprint forward - while swimming only.
Limb Regrowth: Naomi can regrow arms and legs after separation. This process takes several hours.
Poison Generation: Naomi can generate poison, which she can only distribute through her finger nails.
Pressure Resistance: Due to having no bones, Naomi can't be crushed or smashed.
Multiple Arms: Naomi can grow four extra arms that behave just like her normal arms. If cut off, they take the same amount of time to regenerate as her normal arms.
Malleable Anatomy:Naomi can modify the physiological features of oneself, including face, body, skin, or size (to limited degree) to disguise or look like another person. While removing/concealing a body-part, like a finger, eye, etc., is possible, she can't actually add anything new to the body-shape. They can however, shift the flesh to a remarkable degree, although the changed being will always be recognizably as a member of their species.
Do they have any notable weaknesses?
-While she can grow back her limbs, damage to her torso will bleed like normal risking bleeding to death. Same with piercing damage to her organs.
-Crushing/blunt force won't cause damage, but it will still cause some pain. Her elastic body has the ability to lessen the impact however.
-She's vulnerable to any other type of damage. Piercing, burning, freezing ect.
What is their personality like?
Naomi is fun loving, easy going and light hearted. Unfortunately the fun she loves is often on the other side of the law. Nothing like a little destruction to make the day more exciting. She is also a notorious flirt.
What is their backstory?
Naomi grew up in your average middle class family. Unfortunately for her parents, she also had a propensity towards mischief. From minor vandalism, pranks and graffiti in elementy and junior high to drugs and thievery in high school, nothing her parents did could seem to curb this behaviour. Finally at age 16 she left home, never to return. The next time they would hear about Naomi was about her being arrested.
Her powers had started to develop when she was 14, but by then things were so bad with her relationship with her parents, Naomi was careful to keep them in the dark about it. Not so with her friends, where she used her malleable body to get into places she shouldn't, and her camouflage to go relatively unnoticed. When she left home, it was to go live with her friends, or rather at the base of the gang they all belonged to. And that was how she spent the next several years until the law finally caught up to her.
