What is their name?
Corbin Eisley

Do they have any nicknames/aliases?
Siren

How old are they?
Twenty-Eight

What is their gender?
Male

What is their sexual orientation?
Heterosexual

Are they human or deviant?
Deviant

What are their powers/abilities?
Sound Manipulation -- the ability to cause extreme headaches and disorientation in others with sound. While it may sound like nothing more than a whistle to some, those that succumb will suffer short term headaches and a feeling of being rather disoriented. The longer the target hears the song, the more pain it causes. Eventually the victim will pass out, and Siren loses his hold. In the rare case that the target can be held long enough, ears may bleed, and even heads can pop -- though Corbin tends to hold back on the latter.

Mostly, his goal is to distract by causing enough fear and discomfort to carry on unhindered.

Do they have any notable weaknesses?
Ordinary human weaknesses.

Corbin's power is limited by the tolerance level of others. It is very difficult to hold onto someone long enough to pop their eardrums, let alone make their heads pop. Generally he's only capable of it with humans or significantly weakened Deviants.

He is still susceptible to all other abilities.

What is their personality like?
Corbin is less reserved than his cousin, and tends to make more reckless decisions. He feels as though somewhere inside he has always known he was better than others, and that his father only shunned him because he knew this to be out of his control. Despite these feelings, Corbin is not quick to use his power to it's full extent. He knows what he can do, and he will not hesitate to cause discomfort and pain, but he is less inclined to kill unless ordered to directly.

What is their backstory?
Corbin learned about his power at a young age. Every time he would whistle, it gave his father a horrible headache. His father seemed frightened by it, but wouldn't tell him why. His mother was no longer in the picture, and with his father unable to cope with his son's abilities Corbin was sent to live with his aunt and uncle. They treated him strangely and scolded him for whistling as well, but Corbin and his cousin Eris got along well and so he listened. He was eight at the time. He practiced his ability in secret at their house, wanting to find out what all he could make it do. Sometimes he would show his cousin what he had learned, but he tried to keep it hidden from his aunt and uncle. There was one in particular, involving a melon, but they found out and yelled at him. After that they were much more careful about it.

When he was fourteen, they discovered that his cousin could do tricks too, only hers were with the ground. She made the Earth rise to meet her when she fell off a swing-set. Corbin thought it was great, but his aunt and uncle reacted horribly. They blamed him, and quickly he saw them turn from loving parents to captors. They became bossy and short-tempered, frighteningly like Corbin's own father had. He and his cousin eventually planned to run away, and their first attempt didn't go well. They were caught and put on lockdown. His aunt and uncle became worse and worse, and Corbin couldn't take it anymore. When they tried to stop he and Eris from leaving the second time, Corbin popped their eardrums with his whistle. It could have been worse. He could have popped their heads, but he couldn't bring himself to go that far.

Corbin and Eris remained together through all their struggles until they eventually found the Dominion, who helped them grow, and treated their powers as a gift rather than a curse. Corbin especially was treated as a special sort of weapon, though he tended not to use his ability to it's full extent, unless the Dominion specifically requested it.
