Pelothos ran around looking for his brother. When venus's crew had recruited him, no clue why since he wasn't a diety, he had been told to stay put. STAY PUT IN THE BALLROOM. Just cause he didnt have any godhood. It was ridiculous. He could have helped out. But that was no matter. Cause as soon as they dropped him off, they vanished again. So stay put he had. But when everyone had appeared again back inside, his only concern was his brother.
"PARKER!!"
Running through the crowd, he searched each person for a split second before moving on. Where was he? Did he escape? Was he safe? Was injured?
"PARKER!!!"
His momdad would kill him if his brother died during a vday. And the other dad might kill him again once momdad was done. It was a mistake letting parker go to this vday by himself. He'd never forgive himself if something had happened.

With a stretch, a certain fauny entered Venus' domain wholly impressed with the decor and everything. This was well worth the trip from Laisidhiel! The way everything sparkled and smelled so wonderful... Yeah, he could get used to it.
Shame he'd had to go and get lost while en route.
That said, from the looks of things, the party was just getting started. And would you look at that... With a smirk, he half-skipped on over to a familiar face. "Eyy, Uncle Ranuin! What're you doing all the way out here; I thought you hated these kinda things yeah?" He walked over and jumped up slightly to give a friendly slap on the back to his favorite half-uncle. Sure, also his only half-uncle, but no need to sweat the details.
"So what, you tryin' to pick up cute, exotic girls? The ones back home not whetting your appetite, so you decided to try out something new?" He gave the room a look-over, offering a wink to any girls he found particularly attractive. Yeah, bet they couldn't wait to get a piece of this rare, pureblood hunk of faun. And with muscles as toned as his, there was no way he wasn't gettin' some from a hot babe or two tonight.
Even so, oh boy, he couldn't wait to get home and let his dad in on the juicy gossip.
Nonougo popped back into the ballroom with a look of utter disbelief. WHAT. THE. F**K.
Not even flinching when Maegara appeared beside her, she shook her head. Nope. Not today. Turning towards her psuedo mom, she pointed to Venus and snarled "APOLOGIZE. NOW. OR SO HELP ME, I'LL EAT YOU WHERE YOU STAND AND SLURP YOUR SNAKES LIKE SPAGHETTI." She didnt even notice that her horn was gone and her speech had returned to normal. She just leveled a gaze on Maegara that would've chilled a lesser being to her bones.
Then she turned and slithered out the door to take a moment of peace by the lake. She needed that.

Maegara gulped as her snake rose to her full height and threatened her. Sad thing was, she really couldn't blame her and she knew she would NEVER, ever, live this down. But apologize she must. If only for her snake.
So she sighed, ran a hand thru her snakes and hair and wandeed off to find venus." Persephone must never know about this..." she muttered to herself.

Mellinae popped in the ballroom pool after the whole, venus takedown, and she almost squealed in delight. She had done it. She had gotten them home. And it was all thanks to Phorcys.
Well, there was a little help from Venus and that one oily god. But mostly him and her. Turning toward to where he had landed in the vast waters, she swam. That's right. She swam. Cause her awful legs were gone and she was her wonderful self. And she had plans to celebrate.
Launching herself at him, she grinned and sang out "We did it!" Before planting her lips on his with a fiery passion that rivaled the lights in the ballroom. Nevermind that 'they' hadn't really done anything. Nevermind it was all Venus and her hoard. No. In her mind, she had done good.
And that delicious piece of man would be her reward.
Wouldn't you know it, now that he was freed from his cage and set back into a room noticeably more gaudy decorated than before, sensory overload was hitting a certain black angel rather fierce. Luckily for him, his shadow was now back to normal and no longer moving with a sentient will.
Unlucky for him, he was still here.
Crouched in a corner of the room, he was caught in his thoughts as he tried to figure out what his next plan of action was while digesting the prior events. They must have all been in his head, right? Had he gone mad? There were even more pae around him now, and they didn't appear to be particularly perturbed.
So probably.
He didn't notice a p***k on his shoulder as he looked over and seemed to see a small animal critter begging to offer him comfort. "What, do you not have anyone better to bother?" And then there was another that seemed to nuzzle against his leg, offering him some peace. With a small smile, he 'stroked' that one under the chin.

Killa was monologue her internal will and obituary (to follow) when she found herself instead freed from her cage and returned to the first room. She blinked twice before looking around. They... They were back...?
Uwahwahwahwah.....
There were so many pae now, and it was so noisy. And so many lights. Her ears folded down as she took a step back and looked around, looking for a place to hide. They popped back up upon noticing her 'safe space' (Ranuin) in the distance. Yes, he would know what to do with all these new paeple around. With a couple of nervous flaps of her wings, she started to carefully weave around others as she headed over, raising her hand for a meek hello when she stopped in her place.
There was someone new (Rhoea) next to him now, and he was acting really friendly.
Ears folding down, she pouted as small tears touched the edges of her eyes. Her face was still reddened slightly across from a certain naga's underbelly, but her cheeks flushed a bit more.
Twog popped into the ballroom with a small squeak. Well. That was....not what his dad had promised. And he did not like the God's ideas of transportation. What were they thinking, just winging mortals about. Popping them to and fro. Mortals had a tendency to break, damnit. They weren't made for that crap.
He started toward the door and paused misstep. He looked around at the merriment and the glee. He eyed the decorations. He even scoped out the food. Huh. Maybe he had went to the wrong place first. This place didn't seem too neglected. It actually looked like someone had taken their time.
Glancing around, he looked for....well, birds. Specifically his purple....what did he call her? Friend? Naw. They weren't that close. Crush? Pfft. She'd prolly crush him if she heard his thoughts. Fellow victim?
Yeah. That about summed it up.
Shrugging his sense of guilt off, he headed over to the card tables and sat down. No sense in prolonging her agony. He hadn't really been a proper ally, since he had basically ran away from any danger. And let's face it. That chick was nothing but danger. Naw. She deserved one of them .... them fire birds. Now THAT was something a girl could go for. Not some little cowardly chap afraid to bruise his ego.
Giving a soft chuckle, his hand reluctantly went up to massage his jaw. She had one hell of a left hook tho. Eyes wistful, he ordered a drink from one of those damn flying cherub menaces, and asked to be dealt into this hand.
Drink, gamble, and forget. That would be tonight's mission.

Well a lot happened in a very short time. They found one of those Graces! Then there was a bunch of smoke! Then he and Rainbow Dash were in cages! And now they were with the rest of the caged group wondering what just happened while looking out into the delightful splendor that was a typical Venus Day party. Oh and he was clutching some sort of figurine of the goddess they hand saw. Huh.
"Well, the party now looks like how I remember it. Amazing and yet very pink." It seemed like the proper party was finally about to start. The food looked amazing. Traveling in that maze really worked up an appetite. He noticed another faun walk in. Guess more would be turning up now that it was 'safe'. That was the end of their journey tonight and it was time to part ways.
"Well Rainbow Dash I don't know if you're friends are going to arrive but I'd hate to take up any more of your time. I ummm...I guess in a weird way I had fun with you?" He was questioning that line of thinking. It was so weird. "We were in some pretty serious danger but I never felt that in danger you know? If my daughter gives me her ear for a bit I get to tell her how her dad isn't so lame and can kick butt with some help of course." He let out a soft chuckle and smiled to the fauny. "So thank you. For tonight. I was truly lucky to have you with me."
Dax gave up his kicking of the cage when a freaking MINOTAUR appeared, followed by... "YESSSSSS.... YESSSS VENUS!!!!" he cried happily, content now to sit and wait to be rescued.
In good time all the pae caged were saved and returned to the party, which was nice a proper actual party. "now this is what i'm talking about" he laughed, watching as pae scrambled around, he grabbed himself a drink and headed to the food table. whooo there was CHEESE platters.

Erminea jumped when the minotaur appreared but smiled serenely when it was followed by Venus "i knew she couldn't be dead" she said happily, waiting til her cage was opened and they were returned to the party. "now this is much better" she said, wings fluttering as she drifted over towards the dance floor.

Mobie screamed when a minotaur appeared, he was terrified but then it was followed by Venus, who gave that Eris the smackdown she deserved, phew. He was SO ready to get out of here. When they were transported back to the party, Mobie didn't feel like going back among the busy pae, instead he stayed in a quieter area, regretting even coming in the first place, even if it did look and sound a LOT more fun than before.

Any other day he would have sassed her up and they would take turns trying to use words to one up the other with insults among other things.
Today. Today he was just tried. He was still trying to get the blood flowing back to his arms and he really wanted to get that taste of that gag out of his mouth. When Grandma and Air-tits had their cat fight he had seen her in the cage with her snake but...He had fared no better himself. Captured with his cousin. He looked defeated and at this moment so did she. For one day they could hopefully be equals. Either way he was in no mood.
"Oh. Hey." He tone was so casual it hurt. No hints of anything, no annoyance he was just normal. It was kinda creepy really.
Mother was ok and that's all that truly mattered! Really! Even though Phaenna would just about kill for a nice hot bath, the finest bottle of Euphrosyne's wine, and the best chocolates the cherubs could make before she needed to fight Himeros for them. After being in agony hell for a year she just wanted a night to relax. Mother had come through in the end for them all so it was her most beautiful smile and the most graceful dance she could muster. It was only for a few more hours and it was for mother. They did think she was dead so this was the least she could do. Phaenna was unsure of her mother's new pet though. Where did that come from? She did hope mother would explain to them all what happened to her.
Phaenna was looking out over the crowd when she spotted her tired looking son talking to a Fury? Curious. She moved over to them both. "Maegara what are you doing here?" Phaenna stood behind her son in habit as she asked her question. She was legit curious.
Domini hadn't had much time to tell what was going on. First he noticed some glowing figure, other pae had tried to escape their cages, some of the agonies were torturing others, there was a loud noise and suddenly they were... back at the resort with it finally looking all fixed up and there was now a party.
He was back in the pool, and well, it seemed some pae were acting as though the previous had never happened and they were just no getting to the party.
When his brain finally caught up with what had happened, Domini could only yell "WHAT THE ****?!" For a moment, before he dove underwater and tried to calm himself down. It was... okay now. He still had that weird totem thing, but they weren't in the Garden place or in the cages now. Venus was here, things would be all right.
He couldn't help but sigh in defeat and re-surfaced, letting his arms rest on the edge of the pool, deciding to pae-watch for a bit before he decided what he was going to do nest.

This time though it looked like it should have been, like last years, which made Beatrice a bit more nervous. Sure, the maze was tiring and a bit scary, but this? This was frightening, at least for him. Still, he could see that Dulce was next to him again and he was glad that they were safe.

The moment that Hanna realized that all of them were back at the resort, no longer in cages, and that she could finally move her wings again, she made sure to spread them wide for a stretch, and then as soon as she spotted Selich launched herself at him, only barely hoping she wouldn't knock him over! She of course made sure that she had seen Beatrice and that he was safe, she cared about her son after all! But she and Selich were finally free to actually enjoy this party! Again, but together this time! She could barely hold her excitement, now it would be like last time, where they could enjoy each other's company, and hopefully, if they did happen to get hit with the children arrow this time, that they would finally have some kids together!
"Selich! We can finally celebrate together!" She said hugging him and rubbing her face against his.

Beryl groaned as she realized that they were finally free, she was next to her "partner" for the evening again, and Eris no longer controlled the show. She wasn't sure if she was too tired to care, or wanted to be annoyed with all of the celebration, but at least there was something predictable going on. Annoying little Erotes and Graces flying around and creating their own chaos. Why did pae believe that Eris was the evil one here?! She sighed and looked at Hauyne. "I think we should go attack the buffet. Tried of that maze and slithering around like that. We didn't even get to fight whatever had been in the ground." Now she felt like fighting something else. Perhaps there was an arrow for that? "I don't think I ever got to introduce myself, but I'm Beryl. I need to know your name so I don't keep calling you "you"."

Maegara staggered thru the crowd, embarrassment making her usual immaculate self, sloppy. Not paying attention, she let out a tiny oomph when she hit a brick wall. Stepping back and rubbing her nose, she turned her gaze to the wall and nearly s**t herself. Of course it's him.
Her eyes widened at his no nonsense tone. Damn. He must have went thru worse hell than she had thought. Taking note of this with flamed cheeks, she reached up and petted a head snake out of habit. "Hey. You okay?"she asked, before she could stop herself.
Damnit. That wasn't what she had wanted to say. Backing up a lil more, she opened her mouth to recant her previous statement when his mother showed up behind him. The freaking Goddess of Glory. Lord, this was not what she wanted to be known for.
Eyes widening, the color bleached from her face. Dear Hades, she wanted to die. Suddenly, deciding that death by Nonougo didnt seem so bad, she began backtracking. Until she realized she'd never live it down from sister's. Either way, she was doomed for eternity. But at least she didn't have to live with these pae.
Straightening her backbone, she stopped backing up and looked phaenna in the eyes. Time to pay the piper, so to speak. "Hey, Phaenna. I was..." she faltered, her cheeks flaming again. Goddess, was she sure being eaten by her snake was worse than this?
Mentally facepalming, she stood her ground. "I wanted to thank Venus for saving my snake. " she finally outed it, the color across her cheeks darkening. The gall. The awful idea that she owed anything to that pink, overly used blow up doll. But her friend and psuedo daughter had asked, and after the night she had had, she didnt want to disappoint her danger noodle.
Kelebek gratefully lowered herself back into one of the pools, which she noticed were much clearer than they had been previously--probably one of the side effects of a year of neglect. She practically glued herself to Hjortur. Everything had been so chaotic, she questioned how much of it had really happened. "Ahh~" she sighed, massaging her fingers into her scalp. This much hair was really not built for land-gravity.
"Seems everything's back to normal. Venus is back, everything is pink, Xoana's alright.......we're OK, right?"
Xoana had been on the verge of absolute panic, being so high in the air, and alone, with the mad witch cackling so much, and then even that other deer-goddess showing up...it was all just too much.
And then it was over, as suddenly as it began. They were back in the party hall, everything was beautiful and smelled amazing, and she was filled with joy. A short distance away she saw Beltan, and without thinking she sprinted--who knew these legs could move so fast?--to him, leapt into his arms and planted a kiss right on him. Her heart was racing, she had butterflies in her stomach, and, well, she'd never felt this way before!

Today had been a...trying day, to say the least. Zhixuan took a deep breath in their new, but familiar, surroundings. At least things smelled better. She wandered to the food table and picked up a plate, which she piled with meats and fruit. She then leaned against a wall to watch the party.
Mm, no, this was still too much chaos. She took her plate and headed for the doors--there had to be a garden here somewhere. She'd prefer to walk among nature, maybe find some roses...
