Cybil Bennett is a Police Officer from Brahms, a town neighboring Silent Hill. When she tries to pull Harry over he speeds up almost hitting Alessa Gillespie or what appears to be an apparition of her. They both crash and wake up in Silent Hill. They reunite in Cafe 52, as well as the Green Lion Antique shop, a boat docked in the Resort area of Silent Hill and on the Carousel in Lakeside Amusement Park. While investigating Lakeside Amusement Park, she was possessed by a parasite. If Harry collected the red liquid in a bottle from Director's Office in Alchemilla Hospital he can use it to save her. Saving her unlocks the + in your ending. If you get the Good+ ending the opening FMV changes to show Harry and Cybil with Heather as a baby.
