Please be kind. I got the imp from Gaia. This is technically my very first good anime/artwork. My art is completely original, and I would appreciate it if you did not steal it. The picture was first drawn in pencil, and then the kitsune-girl was outlined with ink. Along with the imp.

Good attempt for a first!! ^.^
Oh and try not to draw dragons from an absolute side-view. I think 3/4 views work better. Other things... her arms are too short/small, and yes, her hands do need a bit of work. The span of your hand should be roughly the size of your face (a bit smaller), you might want to think about that.

Pretty good for a first.
And yes, as you said, work on the hands.
Maybe color it? You don't have to though.
Wings look nice.
Dragon looks pretty good too.
But it's wings need a little work. D:
