- Her hair is a little too far away from her face/neck. Her neck is too big, you want to make the neck smaller. Add a bend at the knees to make it look more realistic (even though it's paint...).I'm not exactly sure what she's doing with her hand. And the bow looks more like a dog toy. I'm not sure if this was just to joke around, or if you actually tried. It made me laugh, though. (: Practice more, get guides off the internet, and post again when you are a little bit better. Good luck.

- That's not anime at all. This looks like a rush job and shows no knowledge whatsoever of basic anatomy. Try buying a how to draw book.

Er, just so ya know, any time you wanna draw something on paint that looks even REMOTELY good, try guidelines, they help. Try using ellipse, rectangle, curve, and line tools
