Pretty good job, but shade and highlight better. (Although I've that feeling it's mostly the scanner's fault like all do with mine. You tend to lose A LOT of contrast.)
Try not to leave the line between fingers. This is realism, not a cartoon.
Clean up the smudges around and make the contour lines flow a little better and you've one heck of a hand on your, well, hands. XD Not intended.
