- your shading is great, and the detailing in the hair is excellent. As far as I can see there are really only 3 adjustments that I would have made were I drawing this image myself: a) I would have extended the chin a bit more. b) put less emphasis on the collar bone and the lines in the neck. c) lowered and defined the breast a bit. The breast really should be a bit further from the collar bone, and their shape closer to that of an over-turned tea cup. For age 15, this is seriously great, though.
