no offense but..
work on the angle of the eyes
the hands are too small
the legs are chunky
her body looks weird
the umbrella looks funny...

Nice shading and detail.
The eyes seem a bit off though and the foot in behind could use a bit.

- nice detail in the umbrella and clothes...i do think there needs to be a bit more detail in the face...i don't know what it is but the head and face look a bit off...other than that its good!
