Flonne says HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! Drew this one last year around Halloween last year. It was an oekaki attempted only with a mouse. It actually doesn't look half bad for being mouse doodled. Proof positive you don't need a tablet to make art. It just makes things faster to have it.
