Love the texture in the shading, the hatching is great but I agree with GraycH, the nose seems off. If you were aiming for a more human nose (who knows maybe thats an elf nose? XD) it shouldnt be so long and it seems flat because of no shading on it.

very good detail but the nose looks like it was bent over in an arch and the lips dont complement it.
