The facial structure needs some work, but it's not half bad overall. The eys are spaced too close together and the nose should lose the dual shadow. I would say work on the eyes more though overall. These eyes are very Dragon Ball Z-ish, and I think it would be better if you went for a more Gode Geass type of eye style instead. -nodnod- Something that's more detailed and less boxish and this would be a great work. n.n
