- Hmmm... I think the eyes are fine as they are, due to the fact that not all manga/anime use the same proportions, and not all of them are fully realistic. As for the face, I drew this picture when I was in a kind of upset mood, and it was intentionally "empty".

- The eyes are too far apart. On a face, 5 eyes should be able to fit across it, all equal size, in your case the eye that would go in the middle of those two would be wider than those two which is what makes them look too far apart. If you start measuring the your proportions, your drawings will come out nicer ;D i wont mention the mouth because you already have. The face also looks very...empty. Try adding some blush or something on the female ^^
