Call me crazy, but I actually like your image better than the reference. It's smexier. One thing tho, it doesn't look a whole lot like the original and I would have liked to see something different with the hair and maybe lower the ear slightly. A couple loose strands would've looked friggan awesome!

It's hard drawing or painting Na'vi, I tried doing a watercolor of Neytiri from a CGW magazine and her face wasn't the prettiest.... Maybe i'll post it sometime and share =D - Report As Spam

It's very good in my opinion. It's alright that the whole face isn't done because your reference picture is also only half a face. I'm not sure but if I remember correctly I believe the ears are more elvish then anything.
