It a simple graphite drawing I did, it was initially supposed to be simple scetches for my art class but I got a little carried away.
I wanted to create the facial structure of a young Black woman, but have eyes like that of an anime character. My main focus was on the eyes. As for the title there initially was no title but I figred that there was a slight look of pride in this character so... yeah... - Date: 04/28/2010

- I love the somber expression and you did do a wonderful job on the eyes, but a lot of other things grab my attention even lower. I just love the slight distortion that draws you to her voluptuous lips and the femininity of her slight chin and high cheek bones. She's gorgeous.
