Hm. Im not a big fan of the eyes. They seem dull and dont make a lot of sense. (I understand theyre anime-esque, but even along those lines, they need shine shomewhere).
Try maybe a new style, or to add some shine/whatever to them for depth, and try some shading to make her pop.
