Constructive Criticism: Work on the shape of the pupil and iris, they should be a perfect circle.
Also, the eyelashes are more spidery and random. The shape of the eye is off a touch and the skin could use some more defining.
The shading of the iris is lovely. But I'll have to give it a 2 - Report As Spam
