- She's a little on the chunky side, try to make her a little slimmer. Her arms are a little awkward. And her hair is a little flat. Other than that....magnificent.

her left leg is a little off, there's material on her dress that's hovering over her leg (idk, it could just be intended to be a wrinkle), and like you said; the hand (i think most artists have problems with them, so you're definately not alone. =) there are so many different joints)
but otherwise it looks pretty good. Keep drawing!
