Zee thick brush-stroke lines you use for hair... so out of place... it nearly ruin zee image. Same for zee outline of zee eyes... it look like you use thickest line setting from zee MS Paint's brush and carelessly outline hair and eyes... i suggest yes lighting up on hardest of brush and make it more opaque and fluid in your strokes.
