However, I'm proud to say that I was able to save it from my cat, and it flew away after 4 minutes of shock.

What a very clear and beautiful photo!
I would think that it'd be difficult to get a picture of a hummingbird sitting still.
I'm also very glad that you were able to protect it. ^.^
Also, the angle is very nice, as if the bird is looking to the sky and thinking of flight as he recovers his senses. - Report As Spam
