i would go with the elemental wave wings over the snow flakes...or maybe in addition to depending on layering. also...he's a right hander, not a lefty.
the dragon is a nice touch, but makes everything kinda cluttered

- the reference image has waves like elemental wings...I recommend elemental wings and i don't understand the snow flake but all in all very well done
