This is Aerith (Or Aeris for the original spelling) Gainsborough of Final Fantasy VII. The jacket's off but it's the best I could do as well as the dress. All the other pink dresses are like overly done as well.
It may not be the staff that is presented in the reference picture but, it's Final Fantasy - you can always change her staff. And yes - this is before she gets stabbeded. D:
She's got her lilies at least ^_^ 1 gil please! ^_^
