I watch cartoons alot with my little sister and Fairly Oddparents seem to be one of her favorites. So I made the woman fairy from this show. I would have made an anime character, but I couldn't think of any that weren't overused(that I could afford to make). Rate how you think appropriate.
Btw-I know I could have gotten better wings. And that is cosmo that she is holding in her hand(in goldfish form)

- She doesn't have white pupils and her skin tone should be a bit more pinker, i think pixie wings would be more suited and a different hair style.
