I know what you're thinking: where have I seen this avatar? Well, I have done Harlock before, but I did him quite a while ago, and in the old arena. I decided to re-enter him here in the new arena, so people that didn't get a chance to see my old entry might appreciate this new, updated one.
As his name implies, Harlock is a space pirate captain full of high ideals and honor, who leads an outlaw crew aboard his starship Arcadia to undertake daring raids against Earth's oppressors. - Date: 05/05/2009
