hi my last cosplay avi was the female hero u play in pokemon fire red/leaf green this time i'd do a bad guy
this is shelly 3rd generation bad guy In Pokémon Ruby she makes only one cameo, at Seafloor Cavern. She doesn't have an active role in the storyline.
In Pokémon Sapphire and Emerald, the player confronts her twice: she raids the Weather Institute to steal a Castform, and later she assists Archie at the Seafloor Cavern.

- im sorry but i could not find a ref pic and she actually apperas in all games but u only fight her in emerald and sapphire thank u though

- Based on what others have said, this is a fairly accurate representation. However, I have no idea who this is as I didn't play Sapphire version (She appears in that one, right?) Please include a reference picture. I won't rate (as that would lower your score) but offer that advice instead.
