Toadette is one of the major Toads in the Mario series and its spin-offs. She appeared alongside Toad in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, and has appeared in many other spin-offs as a playable character, like Mario Party. The relation to her and Toad is still unclear at this time.
I did the best with what Gaia has to offer, including the earrings, filling in for the pigtails. As they say, close enough is good enough!
