Well after watching axis powers hetalia i wanted to cosplay a girl that you only get to see in episode one with Russia.
This is Belarus better known in the manga, one of her famous line's is "Let's become one brother!" She is of course speaking to her brother Russia.
She always has her knife out it seems, and she will agree to everything her brother says.
Note: Man its hard to items for her dress ><

I think that her hair is more blonde than grey, and I think the white 'Alice' bow might have worked better.
