- There are actually hearts in some of the art, just not this particular image. Do a search on Google some time, see what pops up.

- This is very well done. I do agree that bubbles instead of hearts would match the ref better, but otherwise it's spot on. smile

- I don't think you should be resubmitting the same thing, even if you did just change it a little. Its not fair for some others who tried and will lose if you win again. I had this problem with the Darkwing Duck cosplay because the person who won it was constantly submitting it for a span of two months.
