Needles Kane driver of the icecream truck known as Sweettooth. During an execution by electric chair, another character in Twisted Metal: Black known as Preacher cursed him with the burden of the fires of Hell upon his head, which burn endlessly and cause him pain. He wants nothing more than for it to be gone, but in order for that to happen Sweet Tooth would need to give up his killing ways.

- I know.....but this is the coolest incarnation, Twisted metal 3 and 4's sweettooths were just god awful lol

- Only thing I could think to fault this for in terms of accuracy is the pants. I don't know if you could have actually done better, but think about this: There have been six different Twisted Metal games. Even if you couldn't get that picture 100% accurate to your avie, there's still five others you could have tried.
