Dr. Terminus a conman learns of the dragon that has come to the fisherman's town of Passamaquoddy and decides to try and capture the dragon and sell off his parts for cures. He discovers in his medical book there are several uses for dragon parts such as dragon fat is for burns a dragon tear will clear up your skin
