Chrona is a character from the anime/manga, Soul Eater. During this scene it shows Chrona in the middle of a desert (as it seems) and is talking to (his/her?) shadow. The stick represents the circle (he/she) made to keep others out. At this time (he/she?) was a child.
(And the coal sprite is just an added affect showing the black blood, the thing on (his/her?) head is Rangarok. )
