This is Hinaichigo, the 6th Rozen Maiden from the series "Rozen Maiden" by Peach-Pit!
I saw the Sweet Porridge hair and was like "o.o; I have to find a cosplay for this!!!!"
Sooner or later I found this sweet little girl. I still haven't seen the full show, but this is as close as I think I could get. Gaia's layering stinks but I can assure you the heart string is there!
