This is my very first time I try the Cosplay Arena, being my very first time a pretty pathetic OC a couple of years ago. Please, don't be so harsh on me D: I did my best to make Cirno look like well... Cirno. I've made some modifications, like the eyes and socks, so she can looked like THE REFERENCE PICTURE.
