This is a cosplay of Utada Hikaru in the music video of her song "Final Distanc". I absolutely adore this song and find the music video so beatiful and enchanting. This is a cosplay of her in the first half of the music video. In the music video she seems to have a ton of people and objects around her, and i think i got some good items to get that same effect.
