Shuffle Brown hair, drop earrings, maybe Bass'ken Waders as those look similar to his pants+boots, and the Black Bishop's cloak, Infernal Spirit shoulderpads or the lidless demon chest piece could function as shoulderpads, although the lidless chest piece is difficult to use. Ah, and the black web bustier has the belts underneath the coat. Also, Genesis has mako blue eyes, Ruby Doll eyes could've given the effect you were going for.

- If you show me a hairstyle/sword/ and shoulder pads that ACCURATELY portray the character, go for it.
