- Description: Kirlia is the 1st evolution of Ralts. Both male and female Kirlias look the same. Kirlias made their appearance in Poke'mon Ruby and Sapphire for Game Boy advance. Kirlia is not a rare Poke'mon. If it's trainer gets happy, it will dance with alot of energy while spinning about. Ralts evolves into Kirlia at lvl 20. Kirlia evolves into Gardevior at lvl 30.
