At first Billy was being looked for by S.T.A.R.S bravo team medic, Rebecca Chambers, who was to Arrest Billy for murdering village people from an innocent village on a mission in the marines, which is later found out that he did not commit the crime in flashbacks. But as the story goes on Billy helps Rebecca through dangerous situations until they part and Rebecca marks him off as dead.
