- Description: He is one of the legendary Marines. One of the only three Admirals, this man's devil fruit is called the Hie Hie no Mi, which means Chilly-Chilly Fruit. And his moto is somehow this, "Justice by laziness". Which is quite silly, when he said it to the straw hats they complained on that. Other times he says this with his lazy attitude "Arararara" He had appeared in I think episode 228 or 227.
